I am STILL modeling my apartment (since January) to keep my skills
from being rusty.
I was wondering is it better to have SEPARATE objects in LAYOUT or have
the object as one when you are finished with modeling and positioning the
objects?
Right now I am modeling the objects in the kitchen and I go back and
forth to fix little things. Right know I have the 'kitchen' object
loaded in Layout and it is pretty easy that way to me (in a since)
because all the objects within are all TOGETHER BUT, there are times that
I have to break apart the object(s) from the kitchen object to fix it.
This is my FIRST major project since owning the Toaster/Lightwave (it
has been a year now).
Is there any tips that someone can pass on to me to make this easier...if
there is an easier way.
Questions:
1) Is it best to ALWAYS keep the objects separate?
2) Does it render any faster if the objects were as one object?
Once again, I hope I have not confused anyone! :^)
You all have a good weekend, you hear!
Thanks, Alex
